First Baptist has an active youth ministry led by a council of youth and adults designed to involve youth in:

 

Winning the Curious:
 Reaching out to those whose motive for attending church is simply having fun or investigating the claims of Christ.

 

Building the convinced:
 Strengthening those who have a personal relationship with  Christ and are looking for growth in that relationship.

 

Equipping the committed:
 Providing support for those who are walking with Christ and desire to minister.
